401: Error 32, Could not authenticate you

I registered my profile on :https://apps.twitter.com/app/5981089/keys
For the Consumer key and Consumer secret I added API key and API Secret.
I added Access token and Access secret in fields OAuth Access Token and OAuth Access Secret. I saved. And I have ERROR:401: Error 32, Could not authenticate you
Error: Failed to validate oauth signature and tokenWhat I’m doing wrong? Thank you!
