Page takes long time to load..

    I have an odd situation. Most, not all the time but more often lately, when I submit or edit and article the page will just hang and IE will simply sit there. It can take up to 2-3 minutes for the page to complete. Whats odd is that if I open another browser and look the page has already been updated, so that proves to me that it is hitting the server. any clues?
