403 Access forbidden

    My new one-click 5-minute installation of WP (3.4) yields only a 403 Error that prevents access to the blog.
    I followed the installation process- so was able to access /wp-admin/install.php

    I’ve verified the permissions on the blog directories are set to 755.

    This is the first time in 5 different site installations that I’ve had this occur- what might be the solution?
