    Hi,

I have been using this plugin for all mi sites, and I really think is the best one out there.

That being said, Im having an issue, which is quite weird. When the plugin is activated, it blocks the admin-ajax.php file in the Dashboard admin area, but more over, since latest updates on WordPress i cant even make changes to the plugin, it is like unclickable.

I tried disabling all the plugins except AIO SEO and the problem still persists, so I dont know what to do now, would you please help me out?

    Thanks
    Kind regards

@andresmolina thank you for submitting our support form. Please check if there’s anything wrong with your website because I’m currently not able to access it (time-out).

I have been having time issues today (server issue) would you please try again? I can access with no problem. If it still persists, is it possible so you connect using a different internet provider (your phone for example) it might be a DNS changing issue.

I’d resolve the issue first because I’m now being redirected to a page where it says that your domain name is for sale. Unfortunately, we’re only able to troubleshoot the issue on PC.

Sure, let me know when you are able to take a look at it. Would you pelase send me a screenshoot of the for sale domain thing? that is weird

I might have written it wrong, the domain is .net just in case i miss type it.

@andresmolina thanks, you entered .com instead of .net. You’ll need to provide me with the exact steps to reproduce this issue because I’m not seeing any issues on your live site and on the duplicate that I made on our test server.

    (@andresmolina)

    Hi,

In order to reproduce the problem, please go to AIO SEO (general tab for example) and try to modify any values.

If you want to reproduce the issue in terms of seeing the 403 forbiden on admin-ajax, go to AIO SEO (general tab for example) and clic twice to collapse and extend again any options group such as “General Settings” (I mean to clic on the header of the group so it collapses and to un-collapse it again) Then inspect the website, you will see 2 errors. If you do this step with the web inspector opened (f12 on chrome) on the network tab, you will see 2 lines in red for the admin-ajax, saying 403.

Hope you can reproduce the error, I would be more than happy to be on a Skype call with you to show it up.

    Thanks
    Kind regards

Did you manage to reproduce the error?

    Plugin Author arnaudbroes

    (@arnaudbroes)

Thanks, I managed to reproduce the admin-ajax.php bug. I’ve created an issue for it here – https://github.com/semperfiwebdesign/all-in-one-seo-pack/issues/2162

Glad i helped out some how to improve the plugin.

What about the “other” issue which im not being able to modify any settings on my AIO?

    Plugin Author arnaudbroes

    (@arnaudbroes)

I’m not able to reproduce that. I’m able to adjust settings on your website. Can you provide me with some example steps to reproduce the issue, just in case?

Wait… i just tried it on Internet explorer (Edge) and it works fine.. is just on Chrome… any ideas?

Sounds like a browser issue. You can try clearing cache/cookies/etc.
