    hello,

after proceeding with the PayPal gateway and a payment is processed, the success page on the website displays a 403 forbidden error. Even though that error exists, but the payment still goes through and the funds thermometer gets updated automatically with the amount of donation. Please advise with possible solutions to this issue.

    Hi @barsoummm,

I’m glad you reached out because I know exactly how to help you with that situation.

The 403 forbidden error indicates a permissions issue either in the .htaccess file on your WordPress website or on your firewall.

If you have a security plugin, you want to check first if it’s blocking the webhook endpoint. If you don’t have a security or firewall plugin, reach out to your host. Maybe the webhook is being blocked by the server’s firewall.
