    When entering the email that arrives to make the review, clicking on the button gives a response of 403 error and Request blocked. That had not happened to me.
    What could it be?

    Hi, thank you for your quick and attentive response.
    I don’t know why but even the site https://www.cusrev.com/business/ marked the same error, but now everything works ok,it allows making reviews normally

    Again when testing a review, instead of opening the format to make it, I get this error:

    What I also observed is that this error does it only on “desktop”; on the mobile there is no problem.

    Can you please tell me if it is happening with a specific browser on your desktop computer or any browser?

    Thanks, this happens in any browser but only on desktop and I guess at specific times because I let a few hours go by and that’s when the blocking goes away and I can do the normal process.

    It seems like your traffic gets blocked by the firewall installed on our website. We’ve made some adjustments – the review forms shouldn’t be blocked to you anymore. Please check and let me know if the problem still occurs.
