    Sounds like you’ve got a security module, such as mod_security or other server-layer security software installed that’s blocking the request.

    You’ll need to contact your webhost and ask why the request is being blocked, and if there’s anything they can do to allow it for your site.
    Unfortunately there’s not a lot I can do in the plugin to work around the block without knowing why the server is blocking it.
