    Hi Guys

Can you please help me with a problem regarding this nice plugin which I’m trying to configure for a small hospital’s site. The problem appear when the “Update” button is pressed, instead of saving videos it return a 403 error. I can create sliders instances without videos in it, but when a video (link from youtube) is atached, the error appears.
The WP is updated to last version, duering plugin’s instalation no error appeared. What can be the problem?
    Thanks

    Dear @vladim1.

Thank You for posting your question. We checked why you could have that problem on your website and found that the problem is with your host or server. It’s or blocks some IP addresses or doesn’t know ‘/’ and block that URLs. Please try to find any video tutorials how to solve that problem. The problem isn’t with our plugin.

    Thank You.
