Hi, when I am trying to get to plugin’s “configure” screen I am getting this message:

    403
    Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!

Probably this is due to the fact that I disabled editing WP files from WP admin.

The “configure” screen only contains settings that are stored in the database and it shouldn’t require the ability to edit WP files. I think there could be something else going on.

Have you already enabled PHP error logging? If so, try opening the log file with a text editor and see if there are any recent fatal errors. On some servers a fatal error could produce a 403 error instead of the more common 500 error.

Another possibility would be that a firewall is blocking access to the configuration screen for some reason. This seems fairly unlikely (and nobody else has reported that kind of a problem before), but if your server is running ModSecurity or something similar then it might be worth checking the firewall logs.

Thank you for such a fast response. I tried installing plugin on localhost and configure section works as it sould. So I’ll try to contact my host and ask them what’s going on.
