403 Error for Folders

Hi,

My permalinks look like this:
https://www.domain.tld/abc/xyz/

Google bot is trying to access https://www.domain.tld/abc/ and reporting 403 Access denied.

From SEO stand point, is this something I should be worried about?
Is there a correct way to handling this?
