When I go to Statistics, even I can see stats, in Developer Tools – Console, there are a lot of 403 errors. It looks like only Statistics function throwing those errors.

Nothing recorded in security log from server. I tried to

    • clear Litespeed cache (even disabled it)
    • run without .htaccess
    • clear WooCommerce cache.

Nothing helped. Even go to Statistics – Settings, I could not change anything there, because of those 403 errors.

    Any idea? Thanks.

    Hey there ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like you are encountering the above error when navigating to?Dashboard → Analytics, and the browser console is showing a 403 error, correct?

The?403?error message typically shows when an access control restriction such as BasicAuth, a firewall, a security or privacy plugin, some form of password protection, or an?.htaccess?rule is preventing your server from accessing the site or page.

If you have any security plugins, you can see if temporarily deactivating these makes any difference. Additionally, you can contact your host so that they can investigate their firewall setup.

If this makes no difference, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Cheers!
