403 error in WPPA-plugin settings

  • I’m trying to customize the Settings for the [WP Photo Album Plus] plugin, but I get:

    Error message

    Custom ErrorDocument 403: “Forbidden”

    I’ve set privileges of the plugin folder to 755. That should suffice, right? What’s going on?
