403 error making new language for plugin

Hi,

I’m making a new langquage (dutch) for a plugin (woocommerce subscriptions)
I get a 403 error, saying I don’t have permission to the ajax.php file. I’ve contacted my hosting service and they’ve changed the permission settings on the file. However, this didn’t help.

Could somebody help me by advising what to do next
or
make a ducth language for the plugin woocommerce subscriptions.
