    Hi,

One image on the Instagram Feed (v1.8.3) on the website does not show. In Chrome devtools it is getting a 403 Forbidden error, and when I try to open the problem image in a new tab, I get a message ‘URL signature expired’.

That same post on Instagram itself does not have the problem. It’s a poster image for an Instagram video post.

Feed is on a test site I am working on. Do let me know how I can send you the link outside of the forum, if that’s okay. Thanks!

The 403 error is also happening on a second Instagram video post’s image: same ‘URL signature expired’ when opening the problem image in a new tab.

Okay, the problem was resolved by changing the it is just the ‘Check for new posts every’ setting.

I had it at 30 days, so figured that was too long, hence the ‘expired’ signature. I changed it to ‘1 minute’ to test and, with this, the 403 error went away. I have since set the feed to check for new posts every 3 days.

EDIT: Not a problem with the plugin. This is not a support question.

    Hey metamezzo,

Thanks for letting us know what the issue ended up being. You are correct that videos’ poster image urls expire sooner than regular images. You may need to have the plugin collect new posts more frequently like you have set. Let me know if you have any more questions!
