Actually, the link submitted to twitter shares returns a 403 error also.

As I see the problem is that your website perform redirect from plugin page https://icelandaurora.com/sightseeingtours/wp-content/plugins/share-this-image/sharer.php.

Maybe you set some access rules for your Apache server?

Also another suggestion – try to turn off ‘Use intermediate page’ option from plugin settings page and look if its will help you.
