403 error when clicking confirmation link

When I subscribe to a post, I get a confirmation link in the e-mail to confirm my subscription. However, when I click this link, WordPress returns a 403 ERROR.

There are no server errors in the server log, so it must be WordPress or the plugin that returns this error.

When I remove the &post_permalink part from the query string, it works well.

When I am logged in as an admin, I do NOT get the 403 error. But users who are not logged in do get this error.

How can this be fixed?
