403 error when editting

I am getting a 403 error when editing pages. This only happens when I copy and paste into the editor. If I type directly into it, it works fine. This really slows down production, anyone have a clue as to what has happened?

I have tried deactivating all plug-ins, testing with twenty-eleven theme, replacing htaccess, making sure everything is updating…

This is happening on two websites. The only commonality I can find is that they are on the same server. Other blogs on the same server bank but different servers seem to work fine. This leads me to believe it is very possible it is a server config issue.

both these sites are missing .bash files and .emac file. Is this a possibility?
