403 Error When Logged in and Navigate to Home Page

  • The title says it all. When a user is logged in and attempts to navigate to the home page using the home menu option, they get directed to a 403 error.

  • Hello,

    That seems the permission issue of your users. Are you using any membership plugin?
    If yes, try to disable it and check.

    Also, check your user’s permission to access the home page.

    I’m using ultimate member. The plug-in is necessary so I can’t deactivate it.

    Kindly check the settings of the plugin for users.
    Because I’m not able to check that so Unable to say the exact causes for the issue.

    I tweaked the settings and sort of fixed the problem. Now when they go to the homepage it logs them out when they get there.
