403 Error when verifying URL

    We can’t find out how to get rid of the 403 error on the verify file option. How can we find out how to whitelist this feature on our server, is there an IP or some type of a call we can whitelist in modsecurity or something? This didn’t happen with our older powerpress version so we’re not sure what changed? Thanks!

    Not an IP. But it’s API.blubrry.com (I’m reasonably sure)

    Hi Mike, thanks. Couldn’t find anything with that url. Anything you can think o that would block the verification call?

    Do you have any sort of extra security or firewalls on your site? (Cloudflare or something like that?)
