403 Errors Everywhere!

I’m having a lot of issues with Wordfence. I can’t save my options, I can’t switch the Firewall mode, I can’t update my plugins via the normal process (I was able to do so through Wordfence), I can’t add or delete any plugins. Everything is prompting a 403 error and saying I don’t have permission.
In the Firewall section, I opened Chrome’s Inspector and found the following errors in the console:

What’s going on and how do I fix it?
