Thanks Emre, yes it appears to be! Is this something I need to do regularly if I encounter this problem again? Is it a standard thing to do when edits are made on the backend like adding a product that I should ‘clear all cache’. Thanks for the help!

The problem is caused by wp nonce security system. You should set a cache timeout rule as below.
