403 forbidden

  • I purchased WPML, but now I can’t access the pages of WPML.org. It says 403 forbidden for all pages. What should I do?

    Unfortunately we can’t provide you support in this forum as this is a WPML related question and there is a no commercial support policy allowed here on WordPress forums.

    In the meantime, please try to access from a different IP. Otherwise, please send an email to [email protected] with your WPML account information and explain your situation. They will be able to provide you a solution quickly.
