    I upgraded wordpress manually from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 .
    The frontend is opeing up bur the backend after logfin is :
    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/ on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
