403 Forbidden in Dashboard

Dear all,

after visiting my page for a long time I get the error

“Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.”

after loggin and trying to access anything on the dashboard.

I’ve tried almost everything I found online like deactivating Plugins, Themes, editing .htaccess etc…

There was probably some auto-update from an plugin or theme or how can it happen without manually changing anything?
