403 forbidden after installing Foobar plugin on my Blog.

    I have many plugins in my blog and I didn’t have any issue with any of the plugins. However, when I install the FOOBAR PLUGIN on my https://www.actrezz.com blog, I am getting 403 forbidden message on the top of the header, all the content on the blog load normally but only the error message(403 forbidden nsgs) is only at the top of the hear. If I uninstall the plugin, the error message no longer appears on the blog. Please help. I want the plugin on my blog with no error message on the header.
    Please help!!!!
