403 Forbidden Error During Export

When I try to export, I end up with the following error:

You do not have permission for this request /wp-content/webtoffee_migrations2018-05-06-01:40:31pm.zip.

Note that this is exactly how the error reads. It is missing a backslash between the last folder and the zip name.

When I go over to the Backup tab, the only action is to delete the backup.

I located the zip files created by the plugin but the only thing I see in there are folders for themes, plugins, and images. I don’t see anything that appears to be a database export.
