  • Hi @iamjaypee!

Are you using the core built-in product CSV Importer option from WooCommerce at Products → All products → Import?

If so, the CSV file you are trying to upload, is following the recommended file structure found here?

If it is, please try switching your theme back to Storefront and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce; then try to upload the CSV file again and check if the issue persists.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If you cannot do this on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

Let us know how that goes for you!

    Hi @judagutor

Thank you for your response. I’ve follow your instructions
    1. Create a staging site.
    2. Disabled all plugins except Woocommerce and use storefront theme.
    3. Woocommerce product import
    4. Upload recommended csv file

    I got same error.

    Hello,

Sorry to hear that you are encountering that error.

Can you provide your original CSV file for us to reproduce the issue on our end?

You can send a Dropbox or Google Drive URL for the file.

We’ll look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

    Hi @iamjaypee,

Thank you for sharing the CSV file.

I did not encounter any error messages during and after importing the products.

✔ Loading the CSV file in the built-in CSV importer (https://snipboard.io/gHL8Ta.jpg)
✔ The products were successfully imported (https://snipboard.io/jS73pN.jpg)

Let’s regenerate the .htaccess file with the method below and see if it works.

➤ Go to WP dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Save Changes” button. You don’t have to actually make any changes to the permalinks.

If it doesn’t help, please follow the detailed guide below to help you fix the 403 Forbidden error in WordPress.

Let us know how it goes.

How did the OP solve this ? I have the same problem ????

    Hi @oldlock

Can you please create a new thread so we can take a look at your issue separately?
