403 Forbidden / PDF Link Won’t Load

    We utilise PimWick Gift Cards PRO on our site and recently – since WP Update I believe – GiftCard emails aren’t showing in Email Clients for Customers and also the PDF link to view the Gift Card will not load.

    I have tried to troubleshoot the loading of link and thought it was related to Quirk mode but I don’t think this is it.

    Also I am unable to use the View PDF inside the Plugin Settings area – and any older GiftCards show a 403 Forbidden Error when trying to view PDF.

    Can someone please assist?

    This message means something on the server is throwing an error. Check the PHP error logs for details.

    The PDF feature is only available in the Pro version of the plugin. www.ads-software.com doesn’t allow supporting Pro plugins using their forums so I am marking this thread as resolved.
