    Hi, my google chrome console is giving this error

    WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

    Can you please help?

    Hi there, Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!

    That sounds something related with the websocket.
    Could you do the test below and let me know what you find out?

    – Flush your site cache
    – Temporarily deactivate your caching plugin
    – Check if the Websocket console error appears when you are not logged into WordPress.com AND if you’re logged in.

    Let me know what you find out and thanks for the cooperation!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick answer. Here are the test results.

    – Flush your site cache -> still have the error
    – Temporarily deactivate your caching plugin -> still have the error
    – Check if the Websocket console error appears when you are not logged into WordPress.com AND if you’re logged in – No error if i’m not logged in

    Thanks for the great feedback, @sarags! I have passed the info over so I hope to have more news to share with you very soon about that.

    @delahoc have you tried the suggestions above? What did you find out?

    I deactivated Jetpack and the errors stopped. So I’m waiting on any news you have before I reactivate it. I’m not keen to do that just yet as the errors stop other scripts from running. Clearing caches had no effect.

    Even I am facing the same issue since few weeks.Also because of which some of the posts are showing page not found after publishing the article.

    It looks like your issue might be a bit different due to the page not found element.
