403 hostinger error on migration

    I’m having problems migrating a subdomain site to a main domain website (both wordpress installations are in hostinger).

    My debug code is BMI-s9px4WHP-35648

    Hello @satoshisea ,

    The error log states:

    [ERROR] [2023-05-17 05:20:09] Backup is not available to download (Error 403).
    [ERROR] [2023-05-17 05:20:09] It is restricted by remote server configuration.

    You can simply upload the backup file manually. You can do so via the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backup(s)”, from where you can also run the restoration process.
