I have four websites on one account that all use the same settings for your plugin. All seemed just fine when I installed it, but now I get the 403 Permission Denied error when I go there to login or logout.
Any insight on this? Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I had to deactivate the custom login url

So you are saying that in all of your sites, the Rename Login Page feature did not work. Is this correct?

    correct

Hi, are your sites installed in their own directory? What are your server specs?

    Thank you

I get the 403 Permission Denied error when I go there to login or logout.

The 403 is probably being triggered as a false positive by one of the firewall rules (eg, bad query strings) because it is probably detecting a string which it thinks is bad.

Just to clarify, when you try to log in, are you going directly to your hidden login page without any extra query params added in the URL? ie, simply type your renamed login URL without anything on the end – eg,
    yoursite.com/your-secret-slug

You should be able to log in this way.

I am going directly to the url like yoursite.com/your-secret-slug

each website is in its own directory.

So you are saying that in all of your sites, the Rename Login Page feature did not work. Is this correct?

yes, they worked fine until one day all of a sudden.

    Hi,
Do you have the Login Whitelist feature active in the Brute Force menu?

Maybe your IP address has changed which might explain why you are getting the 403.

yes, that whitelist was the issue. Thank you
