403 when trying to sort files in Table view

I get a 403-error every time when I trying to sort files in table view, i.e. when I click on such kind of links:
https://my-site/category/file-type?wpfb_file_sort=%3Cfile_size
I assuming, the problem is in<or>symbols represented in my example link by%3C– after removing it page appers back and files become sorted ascending.
In Table template I have this:<a href="%sortlink:file_size%">
