403/Directory Listing Denied

Install seemed to go fine, I was given the admin login with a password, and when I log in, I’m redirected to https://url/wp-admin, where I get the 403 error (in IE) or the ‘Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed’ in Firefox.
