  • Hello – I’m using your plugin on a couple of websites, mostly for the IP whitelisting which allows BackUpBuddy to run scheduled bkps. It’s a great plugin and I really like it very much. Beautiful intuitive UI too. Concratulations.

    However I do have a problem which is consistent across 3 sites. If I navigate to the homepage of each site with the maintenance enabled – all is good as expected.

    But if I use any other address other than the homepage I get a 404 – whether the page exsists or not. Examples:

    https://www.dev.docs.clientearth.org/contact/

    https://www.dev.docs.clientearth.org/fghgthjjhrtj/ (any address)

    This is a problem I need the offline message to always show. No matter which page I go to.

    Is there a setting I have missed?

    This bug is known but does not do it systematically.

    J’ai également ce problème depuis ce matin. Je ne saurai dire en revanche si c’est arrivé avant, ou après la dernière mise à jour.
    De même, lorsque que j’indique l’id dans la liste des pages à afficher autorisées, celle-ci redirige tout de même vers la page de maintenance.
    L’extension est également installée sur un premier site (mais je ne suis pas intervenue sur le back office depuis une bonne semaine donc pas de mise à jour) et le mode maintenance fonctionne toujours sans problème.
