404 A few minutes after install with 1and1

So I’ve installed WordPress on my 1and1 site, it works for about 5-10 minutes then my page 404s and wont show again unless I uninstall and wait 30-45 minutes. It does the same thing with the limited app version of wordpress too.

While I’m aware this could easily be an issue with 1and1, I figured I would ask here, considering how terrible the service is over there, hoping someone had the same Issue and could help out.

Also to note, I changed this domain over to a new service package to actually use wordpress, early yesterday. So even though the site says ready could that be causing issues?
