404 after checkout

Hi all! i have under my hands an e-commerce with VivaWallet payments. After THREE WEEKS with the support, they send me here. After the checkout, the site gives me a 404 error code, BUT takes the money. We already tried ALL the support suggested like deactivate everything, change endpoints etc.

Any suggestion? I’m between despair and hysterical laughts
