404: Cannot find installer.php

Am I missing something basic and obvious?

I have successfully created the installer file and archive file. Using cPanel, I have placed them both in the root (/home/) folder, and a folder I created: /home/public_html/duplicator_folder_cpanel.

When I use Chrome to browse https://deltaetaiota.org/installer.php, I get a 404 arror. Same problem when I browse https://deltaetaiota.org/public_html/duplicator_folder_cpanel/installer.php

I’ve created a dummy file called test.php in both directories but also get a a 404.

In fact, I get a 404 even when I try https://deltaetaiota.org/public_html

As a side note, I don’t understand how the site https://deltaetaiota.org/public_html can be browsable by the general public. Shouldn’t there be some kind of security check to validate registered owners?

What am I doing wrong?
