404 certificate error, not found a license with id

    Every student who finish a course in Sensei, must to have a certificate.

    But, using the Certificate plugin, when the student finish the course and click in the “View certificate” button, this error comes up:

    a blank page with the message 404, not found a license with id: 4f7b603f and link https://mywebsite.com/certificate/4f7b603f/?swcfpc=1

    I don’t know how to solve this and I didn’t find nothing to help. Anyone can help me with this problem?

    Hello @lczz,

    I wasn’t able to reproduce this on my test site. Usually, 404 errors are caused by permalink issues: can you please go to Settings > Permalinks and click the Save button to update those settings?

    If that doesn’t help, there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei and its extensions. Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If also this doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved, you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
