404 download tickets, empty attendees list

    I use a tickera with a bridge for woocommerce.
    The download ticket button on the Tankyou page and in the email leads to 404.
    Now they are disabled.(plugin)
    Also the attendees & tickeets is empty, but when I delete an order in woocommerce->order, it appears in the attendees & tickeets but in the trash
