    Hey @jessmfelt

    Thank you for reaching out.
    Yikes!

Out of curiosity did this happen after updating to version 6.0 or later?
If so, did you also complete the migration process?

If you did complete the migration, it looks like something went wrong. Here’s a guide to mitigating that.

Please read carefully, especially if you have a caching solution on your site.

If this is not the result of an upgrade, it could be an incompatibility with your Theme, another plugin, or even the PHP version (e.g.: if you are on PHP 8.1)

The next thing to do would be to test for conflicts on a staging clone of your site.

Please let us know how that goes,
    Geoff

Thank you for your quick reply! I assume it’s from the upgrade to 6.0 since it worked great last week.

I’m running PHP 7.4 so we should be good there. Caching plugins are disabled. I read through the Migration guide and watched the Youtube video but I don’t have the Upgrade/Migrate options in Events>>Settings.

Hi @jessmfelt, apologies for the delay here. This is definitely weird. Did it work with the same theme before? I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. Could you try deactivating all other plugins except for our plugins to see if that makes a difference? Moreover, could you switch to the default theme? Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything. We’d recommend conducting these tests on a Staging Server.

I would also suggest using a third-party plugin, Health Check Plugin — this plugin can be really helpful when testing for debugging issues.

Let me know how it goes.

    Best,
    Abz
