    Good evening,

My name is Ana, a UX UI Designer and Web Developer in Sedas Plantekokken. Today we are facing a problem on the website that we are struggling to solve: we can not find the reason for a 404 error popping up on every woocommerce and product page. I wanted to ask whether you can give me further indications on how to solve this problem.

In case it is necessary to solve the problem, I will write down below some of the changes that we have recently implemented on our woocommerce:

    • Since last week, the shop page layout is under Elementor, as we wanted to abandon the woocommerce default design. Because of this, as you can probably see, the shop page has not been affected by this 404 error. However, after clicking on one product, the error 404 still persists.
    • We have added two product categories (Sweet Gourmet Hummus and Savory Gourmet Hummus) into one parent category (Gourmet Hummus) which is also under another parent category (All products). Last week, this page was causing problems and could not be visualized by the users.

If you need photos or something else, do not hesitate to comment!

    Thanks a lot,

    Ana.

  • Hi @miraaaaaaaandaa

    Thanks for reaching out!

I checked your shop page and clicked this product, however, I am not able to reproduce the issue here on my end as seen below:

Can you please confirm if the issue has been resolved here already, and, if so, share your solution with the community?

Otherwise, to better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Additionally, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks!

    Howdy.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please start a new thread.

    Cheers!
