404 error after upgrade

After upgrade to WP 4.1, the website page: https://www.cgne.org/events , which is the home page for “The Events Calendar” ver 3.9 plugin, gets an error
“There was an error with your request.404”How do I troubleshoot this error? The link on another forum does not connect to a valid page.
Please help.
