404 error for all pages but home after updating permalinks

    I get a 404 not found for all pages, except the home page, since I have updated my permalink structure from default to postname based. I did the save permalinks twice trick, still nothing. If i change the permalinks structure back to default, the pages can be navigate to again.

  • Is this on your webhost or your local site?

    If local, make sure that your Apache rewrite module is enabled.
