    404 error in post_tag-sitemap

    I have created a post type ‘recipe’ with the function register_post_type () and in the post of type recipe I have asigned Tag for example ‘chocolate’

    Yoast SEO generates a sitemap with name /post_tag-sitemap1.xml and inside / tag / chocolate /

    when the URL of the tag is opened it gives me 404 error and this is generating problems with the indexing of google.

    Any suggestions to solve the problem.

    Can you please confirm whether the issue persists after flushing the permalink structure? You can flush the permalink structure by saving the permalink structure without changing anything.
