404 error instead of login,cannot enter WP

  • I changed the site and WP installation location in General settings (of the WP dashboard) to
    amir-manafpour.ir

    before that it was:
    amir-manafpour.ir/wordpress

    Now I cant enter my site, I get a 404 error and cannot login whatsoever.

    What should I do?
