404 error on 4 different plugins

Hello,

I’ve successfully uploaded about 10 different plugins. But four of them don’t work. Here they are:

I love social bookmarks
Related Posts
Wp-print

each time I upload them, activated them, then go to settings to configure, I get the ‘404 error’ redirection page.
my question is:
If I’m able to upload and activate the plugins but I get an error message when I try to go to configure them, is there something wrong with my plug in? or does it have to do with how my blog is configured?

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
