404 Error on Host Gator

Says to use:
https://secure123.hostgator.com/~bill/And I changed the 123 to my number, and the bill to my user name. I still get a 404 error page. It also says that you must have the / at the end, but the plugin removes the https:// at the beginning, and the / at the end. Is this why it is not working? The only page I am trying to use this on is a page with a gravity form on it… address is:
https://www.jollygiant.ca/employee-enrollment-form/and I am not using custom permalinks. Thank you in advance for your help.
