404 error on this plugin currently only on EDGE

    Hi, I activated this plugin today and I received some error regarding 404 on page wp-comments-post.php.
    Just after the comment submission shows me up the error message 404.
    If I remove the attached file everything works fine.
    On Chrome was OK both test, the issue was on Edge, but a custome got in Chrome too.

    Just included the following:
    <Files *.php>
    SetInputFilter PHP
    LimitRequestBody 67108864
    </Files>

    As explained in another post.
