  • They still are throwing 404 errors. ON MY ENTIRE SITE!

Not a single page or post is visible with the plugin active. I repaired my database, and then changed permalinks to default, and then back to post name in order to have my posts back.

    Hey Prepper,

I am so sorry you are experiencing 404 errors – did you upgrade to 0.0.2? Are you running an Apache Server? Tell me more about your WordPress setup so we can properly diagnose the problem for other members in the future.

Thank you in advance and please accept our sincere apologies for this error.

Yes, according to the version code, it is 0.0.2.

    We do use Apache.

What other info do you need?

How about a URL? A list of installed plugins? There is a conflict somewhere and I need to find it.

We have solved the problem! Older Apache Servers were deleting the entire default .htaccess when we were modifying it with our GZip code. Please note – this is what caused everything to blank. We test on many many many different combinations of servers and WordPress versions before we release into the world, but sometimes certain specific setups cause specific problems. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are now able to safely say – this works for everyone.

Uploaded ver 0.0.3, using Apache Server (go-daddy). I am able to navigate to some pages, but some come up blank. I can go back one page if a page comes up blank. Hit or miss. I deactivated the plug-in and having the same problems. Also was unable to get back to dashboard. Logged off with No confirmation wp-logoff page coming up. Deleted cache, temp files on my computer and was able to log back on my WP site and access dashboard.

I saw your other post first.

Did you upload a previous version before you did 0.0.3? Are you comfortable with a telephone call or some other form of help? I am fairly certain within minutes of me being hands on I can show you what went wrong.

More than likely its a conflicting .htaccess plugin.

Can you send me your URL? You can email me as well.

HELP! The plugin cracked my wp-admin. 404 error in entire admin. I cant even uninstall the plugin!
