404 error page

  • I have a GoDaddy-hosted WordPress (WP) installation, configured for multisite. Since yesterday, I’m able to view and modify the main site but not a second one.

    I am able to see, and logon to the administrative panel of the main site, but I can do neither on the second one. Attempts to see or edit the latter result in a 404 error page.

    I am running XAMPP locally and I have no problem with either. Using FTP, I can see that the WP theme, and the MySQL database are there. Could you assist? Thanks!

    Was this all working before? You say ‘since yesterday’ which implies before yesterday it was all skittles and beer.

    What’s in your .htaccess? Is it the right one for subfolders?
